  • Job Analysis – We have extensive experience in conducting job analysis studies from entry-level, to promotional positions. According to your needs, we will identify a customized process to determine the important work behaviors as well as the knowledge, skills, mental abilities, and physical abilities for successful performance of the job. Some examples of our methodology include review of existing job descriptions, subject matter expert meetings, job analysis questionnaires, and on-site job observations.
  • Employee Selection – Sawgrass Consulting Group has developed a variety of selection procedures for organizations including entry-level, skilled professional, management, and senior/management positions.   • Validation and Legal Defensibility – We have expertise in conducting content and/or criterion validity studies for our clients. Furthermore, we have extensive knowledge of employee selection standards and regulators such as the Uniform Guidelines on Employee Selection and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission to evaluate the defensibility of existing procedures and make appropriate adjustments.
  • Comprehensive Recruitment Strategies – We understand the importance of not only a valid selection procedure but also the importance of identifying a highly qualified and diverse workforce which can meet the job related standards identified through our job analysis studies. The information used from the job analysis can identify key knowledge, skills or abilities a recruitment program may target to achieve the high degree of success during the selection phase. This is achieved through developing employee profiles of successful performance, criterion studies, advising n recruitment techniques, and creating job interest networks
  • Organizational Surveys – Our team provides invaluable knowledge and experience to diagnose organizational problems and their causes. We use a variety of techniques such as focus groups, surveys, and one on one interviews. We also assist with work efficiency challenges utilizing techniques such as integrated project management matrices.
